Hello folks

I'm looking into buying property in Leipzig, as the yields there seem to be better than Berlin, and from what I can see it's possible to buy an apartment block there with 8% + yield.

Has anyone here got any knowledge / experience of this area, and can anyone recommend any (English speaking) local agents?

Any advice appreciated!

I have been operating in the area of Leipzig for about 18 months and have purchased 4 blocks thus far. I have a great partner in town who speaks English and manages the whole process, including property management and tenant finidng. Our investment objectives are blocks with good tenant demand which yield above 10% or have very good potential to yield higher. We have started to help other investors meet these kind of objectives.
