Legal Procedure for buying an appartment in Morocco

I am new in this forum, I want to buy an apartment with prestige propriety overseas, and I want to know what’s the legal procedure to be followed, what type of documents I have to ask as proof of purchase?
What type of document I should receive from the prestige?
Any help will be appreciated.
