A friend of mine has got themselves into serious problems and might lose his home
Company he is dealing with is playing real hard ball on amount they want back and when
They want a settlement by early next year he wont be able to pay until late next year

So looks like he might lose home and is real upset about it, and has talked about trashing the home real bad, I am worried that oif did this he might get in serious trouble
Advice please would be great as his parents are at wits end as they cannot help

I think there are a number of legal hurdles your friend can place in front of creditors to defend themself and secure more time to sort out the funding issues. I would be surprised is a court would push through a recovery situation if the timescales were only out by a few months.
