I have an experience of talkng to property lawyers in dubai. I had 3 tries. The fees are of 30%approx. upfront without no garantee to take the money out.
Does anybody have a better experience?
How much do the property lawyers charge per hour if you need to write a letter about stopping investment to avoid late payment fines? Could you advise somebody?

I think more than the lawyers fees, our concern should be with the rising court fees. I dont know of any lawyer who would commence work at no cost basis. I would agree with Yort with an exception that you really need to find the right lawyerr
