I am interested in buying land on Cat Island. I recently visited the island and absolutely fell in love. I have always wanted to own a small cottage on a secluded island away from the rat race we call life.
I am in the very beginning stages of looking into this and any tips/information of where to go from here is greatly appreciated.
I have a lot of time and know it is going to be years before I can put this plan into action. I know this is what I want to do but I need to know the steps, money, and tools it will take to make it happen.
All I want is a small-decently sized piece of land, on the beach, where I can build a cottage to visit/rent out until I retire.
