Is there anyone knows the procedure to regester in RERA? We r a newly established real estate brokerage company, and we were told that we can make office regestration in the land department only if our local sponsor, sales manager, and sales staff take courses in the acadamy. For our staffs in sales department, there s no doubt to take any trainning. But for the local sponsor, how to take the courses? He has the government position. Pls give us any suggestions to go through the procedure......Many many thanks!
