We are a group of let down investors in Lake Signature-Ajman
need more people to take joint legal action against GR8 developer
who refuses to refund our money
the only way is to get court judgement against them
ARRA is issuing letters to investors which can be taken to file court case
We need jointly instruct lawyer in Dubai to represent us, lawyer fees are very high, but we could all share cost of his fees

which agent sold to you and in which country
country you are located
how much in % you paid so far ?
have you filed complaint with ARRA and police against GR8 ?
have you instructed lawyer ?
when did you last speak to GR8 and what they say to you

Lake Signature is cancelled and is not going ahead but GR8 is not going to put it in writing in order not to pay refunds
When project is officially cancelled full refunds would become due
if you are located in UK we will try to organise meeting in London

I havent heard anything from GR8 yet about refund for a building which is not going to be built. Anyone has any information please share with all investors. i think it is time we all investors need to get together
