I just was in Kiel last week, looking over the market. I was very impressed by the friendliness, and hospitality we received. We looked at different properties and the prices were less than many other cities visited in Europe. The location there on the water would only make the values more stable. We plan to revisit soon and seriously evaluate the real estate market for ourselves.
