JVC - Jouri 6

Hi

I'm looking to invest in an a studio apartment. Any thoughts on Jouri 6 within JVC?

This would be an off plan purchase. A 20% intial payment with a payment plan until completion in 2018. I believe construction is due to start in the next few weeks.

Any thoughts on this and also the JVC area? Is this a good area to invest ?

Hi als76,

JVC is a great community to invest in. It's a developing community, with parks and community centers coming up and is centrally located. There are 5 star hotels coming up in this area. However, I would not recommend Jouri. The developer has a track record of not delivering on the quality that was promised. But it does deliver. There are several other fine developments in this area with great payment plans.
