Jumeriah village triangle or Jumeriah Village South

Just need some advice as to Jumeirah village triangle as opposed to Jumeirah Village.

Reliance towers 1 are being built there. Just wondering if its a good investment or not?

Has anyone else invested in that part of Jumeriah Village Triangle.

I personally feel Jum triangle is better to be appreciated than JV considering its location of having easy access to all main roads ( easy in terms of comaprison with JV , atctually JV itself also easy but JVT easier )

Jumeira Village SOUTH & TRIANGLE are the SAME. they are good place to invest your money anyway! in my point of view. It's almost like Sports City.

i cant see any of the reliance projects being finished on time. i have to show my client tommorow and there is nothing there.

I'd have to say JVT over JVC mainly because of congestion. Majority of JVT is Nakheel Townhouses with a MUCH smaller ratio of buildings in comparison to JVC.
I personally Have a one bed in JVT, in Celestica by Syndicate developers...

i invested in reliance 1. it seems that there is no construction yet and the developer does not intend to build any. i am willing to change my unit with a ready one. can anybody help me?
