Got recommended this forum since I may be moving to Dubai soon, but am kind of confused about the towers at JLT.
I hear that they've been constructed by different companies, so the quality varies. Apparently some of them also have rats?!
Which towers are nice quality, decently sized and close to the metro station (walking distance),and how much would the rent be for a 1 bedroom? I'm getting figures from 40,000 to 90,000 a year from web sites, so it's a bit confusing.
How many minutes does it take to walk from MAG214 to the metro station?
