I've heard prices per 300 SQM?

Is this true prices in ajman have fallen to 300 AED per square if this is true can anyone direct me to any good projects to invest in that are protected.

Actually, the decent projects in emarites city are still selling at 500 AED / sqft. Some are claiming they have dropped, but I am yet to find any proof of that.
