There is a slowdown but the demand is still high. Unless the rate of demand and supply is reversed, we believe we can still expect plenty of positive growth for UK property.

Mostly in London. But market is slowing down not stopping - prices still go up and it is very difficult to find good bargain in the capital. Properties sell fast. If you check zoopla properties have 2000-3000 online views during one week. Crazy!

So long as foreign investment continues in London, the prices will continue to rise
