Is student accommodation still a lucrative market?

While some experts suggest that the student accommodation market is becoming saturated, that does not necessarily appear to be the case. Any UK government will continue to plough billions of pounds into the education sector and the UK now attracts record levels of overseas students. While you will need to pick and choose the areas in which you invest, there still seems to be significant potential when investing in student accommodation. Any thoughts?

Educations is a useful way for governments to reduce the unemployment figures so they will continue to plough money into this area. Also, the higher edcuated employees are, the more chance of a higher than normal tax take from them going forward. Still a good market to invest in.
