If you open your daily newspaper the chances are that there will be some discussion or news about green energy almost every day. The simple fact is that as governments around the world look to reduce their CO2 emissions the subject of green energy will become more important and indeed those who do not consider going "green" may well see their heating costs move higher and higher for many years to come.
As utility bills continue to rise some of the older green energy projects and systems will begin to look more attractive. Historically some types of green energy have looked financially inefficient in years gone by but as utility bills continue to rise they are now more in reach than ever before. We already have an array surveys which are required to sell many properties around the world, there are now green energy standards coming into play and unless you are fully aware of these, the cost of heating your property is likely to continue rising.
