Hi Ladies and Gentlemen,
My name is Rob and I have been looking for someone who may be interested in buying a Pub with a view to renting me and my Wife the business. We have found a property we are interested in which is in the County of Norfolk. Needs a total investment of approximately £300,000 + VAT. I have done some costing ETC and 7%R.O.I is realistic from my perspective. About 10% of the above figure is for refurbishment works that I believe would add value to the property and set the business up for the foreseeable future. I would of course insure the property on a full repairing policy and would be looking for a 10 - 15 year agreement.
