Believe that these are the sort of returns being suggested at El Jardin de los Reyes. Surely, considering the negative industrywide negativity surrounding Bulgaria, this may be a further oportunity for your investor clients. PM me for more details.

Tax rates 25% on every piece of income in Spain
Earn 100, take home 75, non negiotiatable for a non resident, so you lose 25% of your returns immediately.
Plus the high inheritance tax in Spain for non residents. And the saturated market of overbuild in Spain, making limited resale market. Spain for the investor is a no no.

If you want to live or retire in Spain that is a different matter. It is a great place. For the record, again, another thread. What is the latest at Jardin de los Reyes, no one seems to want to answer this question. Why?
