Hi all,
I've been living in Dubai for a year and have been doing research on the property market. In some areas the rental business is quite profitable. I single out 2 areas that are potentially the most profitable: JLT or Business Bay. Which one is better? Can anybody give me some advice?
The second thing: is studio or a 1-bed a better investment? (I can afford both, in both areas)
