Investment in Abu Dhabi

Doing some reserch on investing in Abu Dhabi. Has anyone invested there? are the rental rerturns good. Is finance available?

investment in Abu Dhabi is currently the fastest in the country. heavily competing with Dubai, it has the advantage of very select locations where all nationalities are allowed to own, thus bring prices to levels never expected, and still growing.

This may be the best time to buy in Abu Dhabi, and from the resale market that hasn't quite caught up with the increase in off-plan prices. the least expected price after Cityscape (Oct. 08) is 2000 Dhs per sq ft. the least today is 1750.
