Investing in 2 bedrooms apartment

Which is the best location for future investment " after 5 years "for 2 bed rooms apartment under 1 M AED
I will live in the apartment with my family for those 5 years then I m planning to sell it and return to my home country.

I have found different areas with my affordable budget as
1- Remraam
2- Warsan/ International City
3- City of Arabia/ Dubai Land
4- Jumeirah Village Circle.
5- International Media Production Zone
6- Queue point/ Dubai Land.

1-Remraam

5-International Media Production Zone

2- Warsan/ International City
