Eastern Europe.
I can't see how it can possibly be a good bet for investment .
freezing cold in the winter which is why Romanians with money escape from it when they can. (not that there are very many with money)
Mind you the Romanians I have met are lovely people

In this economic situation best to stick with the basics.....EU established economies and the most popular for second home buyers are Spain and France

Lots of good bargains about for the serious investor and life style buyer
