Any views on buying in international city. It looks like the only area I can afford. looking to rent out and hopefully get a reasonable monthly income .

Any informed views greatly appreciated

Good time to buy. Prices dipped slightly, rental yields high, more demand for lower/mid-end housing.

Might want to also consider Queue Point (ready & off-plan) or Living Legends (off-plan) - but similar kind of price ranges. Intl City is cheaper though.

Its 2015 and international city is the cheapest area to live in Dubai specially when it comes to family people who are having families here and cant afford to live in center of Dubai.

its a good time to buy now as we see buyers in the market so its a matter of time when the prices in International city will move upwards.
For you information current price range is..
Studio 340000/- till 395000 (Vacant, different cluster)
One BHK 450000/- till 525000 (Vacant, different cluster)
