Hello everyone, found this forum and it seems that many of us are in the same boat....
We bought property in International City Phase 3 which suppose to be finished 2 years ago! Till today the builder GDP has only build one floor of the building (atleast that is what he states) anyhow we know that properties in there
have dropped atleast 60%....and the market is really bad...
Does anyone know if the builder has specific period of time that he has to finish the project and if not finished than he must return the deposit????
