I have learned that all documents have been submitted to Nakheel during the handover of the building. Unfortunately the data required & the format to submit the data kept changing. At present due to the crisis, they too have reduced staff. There was one gentleman designated for the registration – now I believe he is no more with
Nakheel. Maximus are too are following up with Nakheel, will keep me posted they say. Has any apartment owner received their Title Deeds or have other information? Please let us all know.
