I am contemplating whether to purchase a shop in England in International City. I have been told that handover of the England buildings are 2 months away from now. Could you give me an idea if I could rent this shop s****
without any trouble if the handover of the shops in this particular area is really done in March-2007? I mean, would I get tenants easily to rent this shop? I am going to invest my life savings in it. Will appreciate your concerns if any.
