c. Must be "square" shape

e. 2 sides out of 4 must have full floor windows, or as an option one longest side must be full floor window (from FLOOR to CELING)
f. High rise building, office must be located higher than 15-20th floor
g. Minimum 2-3 parking places, better if 4 reserved with office, or
which could be purchased separately.

2. Location - preferable Business Bay or JLT
3. Metro - Maximum 5-7 minutes (700meters)
4. View - Must overlook major highway or other road which has a lot of movements
5. Developer - Must be reputable developer like Emaar, Dubai properties, ETA Star, or should be already constructed
6. Completion - 2009
7. Finishing of Loby and corridors - fine materials (Not like for example One Lake Plaza)
8. Width of corridors - minimum 2 meters
9. TARGET: Use as own office.
10. PAYMENT MODE: Cash
11. Decision time: 1-2 working days to purchase from moment of offer.
