I want a holiday home in Old Town Island

Hello everyone,

I'm coming to Duabi about 5 times a year on business. Plus my family likes to come at Christmas time when the weather is nice.

I'm thinking about buying a 3 bedroom plus maid room in Old Town Island as it looks really nice and is very close to Bur Dubai where I do a lot of work. Also convenient as I think Dubai Mall is walking distance.

Anyone know how much I should be looking to spend? I'm a cash buyer so I hope I can get a very good deal from a distress/motivated seller

Also which is the better areas? Tajeer, Attareen?

Who is the best estate agent for me to use?

What will be the service charges?

Is the build quality ok? Is it quiet around there?

Service charges are usually around 25 dirhams per sqft.
