I am appalled

I visited a site today that which has been the subject of a lot of controversy lately and I was appalled at what I found.
I have been on a lot of construction sites but never have I seen anything like this.
To dig away under the foundations of a large block of apartments must surely be asking for huge problems in the future. The ground is quite soft so what is holding up these apartments?

Its plain to see whats holding them up. In obivous terms, not a lot and they may well e classed as unstable and/or dangerous.

In PR terms, what, no, never, not us, of course not, what are you talking about, these things dont happen. Yes sir sign here..

I am sure the brochure clearly said that all foundations had a magnificent sea view!!
