Hydra Avenue Payment

HI

does anybody invest in Hydra Avenue? One year after the deposit and 20% payment, the SPA is still pending and only foundation of the building is completed but they push for more payment. what can I do? I am thinking about renegociating the payment schedule...

if the project is under the cancelation , then u can sell the credit note of this property.
