HTB Loan and BTL Mortages

Hi All - Good Morning,

I would like to understand if someone can secure BTL mortgage using Limited company even though HTB equity loan is not fully repaid ?

HTB loans are only available to individuals so I am not sure why a live HTB loan would impact a BTL for a company - unless you are guanateeing the loan for the company?

I am planning to guarantee the loan but will find some alternatives
