Like so many other investors in the UK property market I prefer to see action rather than words. How many times have we been promised "significant" investment in UK real estate only for timetables to slip and programs eventually pulled?

Politicians have a trick of announcing the same investment funds on numerous occasions giving the impression that more money is being invested. The truth is that the time for talking has passed and the time for action is upon us. Governments should release these promised funds for the newbuild market and also interact with other property investors (rather than continuing to milk taxes from the sector).
