how to obtain long term visa ( 3 months at least) to resolve property issue in Dubai

Can anyone guid me as to how should I apply for 3 months visa to visit dubai and resolve property issue. I am an investor from South Asia and currently living in UK on temp. resident visa. On the way back to my home country I like to stay in dubai for 1-2 months. In the past I used to get 3 days transit visa and that was enough.

How people who have problem with their investments in Dubai manage to stay longer ? to sort out their problems with rera/court/developers ? Please advise.
