The hype which is in the market for al badra.. how long will it stay?
what is the highest premium are we expecting for al badra?
cause what i see is that not only the whole country even oversease investors/end users also want to buy al badra. and its premium is so unpredictable...
people still are buying badra phase 1 @ 25% premium. you think the new buyer will be able to sell it @ 30%?
