Hi,
Probably a straight forward answer to this, any help appreciated.
We currently have a small portfolio of 5 rentals, we have had these for a long time, 4 are on interest only, with turning 40 this year I'm starting to look more into our "end game" with them and up scaling the portfolio.
What I'm not 100% sure on is how long can we still keep getting mortgage products on these properties? With BTL products primarily assessed on the rental income will it be our ages that become limiting factors as the years go on?
