Does anyone else have dealings with Homes Dubai? we have been informed today that part of the company has been put in the hands of a credit solvancy company and that rent owed to us has been used in assisting the company out of financial difficulties. So now it is anyones guess if we will get our money back.

I cant say I'm surprised that they are going bust.

As long as you have proper ownership of your property, you can move on and find another agent to rent it for you.
