Actress Hilary Swank is to open a major residential property development in Dubai next month.
Developers of the Aquitainia project Select Property and Select group have chosen the academy award-winning Hollywood star to be the face of the development, hosting a reception at the Buddha bar in which clients will be able to view the investment prospects.
Aquitainia occupies the islands that make up France and Spain in the World Islands development, which has seen a vast artificial archipelago created in the shape of the map of the world off the coast of the Emirate.
In total, Aquitainia accounts for more than one million sq ft of space.
R&B star Kelly Rowland has also been lined up to perform at the opening
