hi everybody iam new to all of this but found this site very intresting and i just wanted tell you all what im up to.Im just about to sign a contract on a two bed penthouse appartment with roof terace at the red sea beach resort through eu properties in holand[very good coms so far].i have used an agent in the uk called allan christian @ propertymatters overseas very very helpful and was just wondering if anybody out there was thinking of doing the same or had any comments.

Red Sea Beach Resort development near to Marsa Alam Airport is a great project. With 5star potential attracting the highest management companies to run the Hotel and resort facilities. owned and marketed by European company (Netherlands) with good UK agents like PMO. Egypt Real and ourselves at Coralife-Style.

This new project in a virgin reefed location compliments Marsa Alam Beach Resort near Bryka Bay and we have many photos available showing an immense amount of construction in its first year with the MABR project going to plan.

Hi Rob, ive looked at the Red Sea Beach resort, it looks fab and the developer appears to have links with IPI the developer of MABR. By the way I have found Alan Christian to be the perfect gentleman and very responsive and helpful. Likewise Alan of Coralife is knowledgable and helpful too.
