Hi

I am desperate for some help

I have purchased aan apartment in Semiramida garden complex but a window was missing the builders have knocked a hole in the wall but no work has been completed.

Does anyone know how I can get a window in or a builder in borovets that can help please.

I cannot get anyone speaking English to sort the matter out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated I need to sort this matter asap
