Having a house(s) built in Limousin.

Hello Friends,
I have a piece of land in Limousin where I want to have a house built. I want nothing special just a modern chalet style to a standard design that you see all over the region. If this proves a success I want to build one house a year to sell each year for the next 10 years. Does anyone know a good reliable house builder in the area

Hello Brayan,
Yes, make sure you actually live in the houses you sell and that it is your main address, otherwise you are eligible for taxes on the capital gain... If so, you should sell way more than one house a year to make a living out of it...
