Just wondering for those with completed units - how has it been to find a tenant since begining of Jan?
I have a unit un Discovery Gardens and have passed it on to few agents but no response yet

Maybe you need to advertise directly & keep the asking price in accordance with market, check GN properties, & the lowest asking price for a apt of your type in DG.
