Happy to report that I got my money. Shouldn't have had to resort to threats to get there but many developers wouldn't care even then.

Could you give me any tips please? I’ve been trying to get deeds for my late dad’s villa for over 5 years but Hassapis causing the problem! I have a buyer but can’t sell without deeds.
