Has anyone rented out office space in JLT

DMCC has a set of rules which one has to comply with if someone wants to open an office in JLT.

Has anyone rented out office space in JLT. What I understand is that you don't comply to specific activities, you cannot open up.

That's one reason why JLT office space is not moving.

Does anyone have any info.
