Has anyone bought a % of a buy to let?

I own 50% of a property in Greenwich which has great rental potential (easily get 1300 pound per month) - I have the opportunity to buy out the 50% at a discount - would any body be interested in buying for cash? - gross return 5% + capital appreciation

From your figures am I right to assume the rental yield on the property is a gross10%? If so that is not a bad return with the chance of long term capital appreciation.
