Harmony Bay Resort, Akbuk

Hi

Just been over to Akbuk to look at this development and Mandalya apartments with International Dreams. They tell me its the first SIPPS approved development in Turkey, any one invested here. I am looking at one of the 2 bed penthouse in Harmony or i not sure if to go for the finished development in Mandalya development. Any one purchased in either of these ?
