Sorry if wrong place new here.
Basically not happy with service from estate agents, long story.
we have a 20 week sole selling rights contract that ends in april
Due to issues asked another agent for advice, he said he was willing to take us on when our contract ended, as at the time I wasn’t sure when I showed him the contract and he said it was void as I had signed the contract and not my husband (house in his name). I contacted original agent who is saying makes no difference as I sent them proof of id from my husband (don’t remember doing that). He never signed anything. So finally my question is, are we stuck with them or is the other agent correct?
