In october I'm heading to Portugal for a few days to watch a few plots of land I'm interested in. I'm 23 years old, have a fulltime job and almost no vast costs. I wish to own my own plot of land in Portugal or Spain to put up a Yurt / Ger. I went to the bank last week and they told me they could not give me a loan for a property outside the country since I dont own a property within my own country (Belgium). They told me to contact a bank in Spain or Portugal. The budget required would be € 10.000 to € 35.000. What would you advice me?
