i am in the middle of trying to complete a purchase in germany. the whole matter has proved laborious, baffling and at times inexplicable. although hopefull of a satisfactory outcome i am reluctantly enquiring who i should contact if it goes otherwise. is there some kind of tribunal, ombudsman, etc, or would it be a full court hearing? and would this be different according to the various states ?
