While the rest of Europe continues to falter, government debts continued rise, it is Germany which is basically holding together the European Union. The long-term prospects for the German economy, and as a consequence the German real estate market, appear to be positive but how do you expect the market to perform in 2014?

As the strongest economy in Europe, and indeed the leading political force in Europe, should we expect the German real estate market to benefit most as and when the euro and the European economy as a whole recover?
