Hi,
We are now marketing this hotel. The Gallery Istanbul is an Aparthotel with rooms at £90,000 each. It is located in the central Sultanahmet district. There are 36 rooms in total and to date approx. 18-20 have been sold. The investment comes with 10% NET yield, guaranteed for 10 years. This is backed by HSBC. Investors also get 28 days unrestricted use and its SIPP compatible (Self Invested Personal Pensions).
