From off plan to completion - does your completed development meet your expectations?

Thought it might be interesting to follow a few developments from off plan through to completion, with some photos and see how happy people are with their new properties and whether the developers have kept to their marketing promises!

Thought I'd kick it off with our purchase on El Andalous at Sahl Hasheeh. We purchased before we'd even visited Sahl Hasheesh, and it was just a sandy plot when we first saw it. Took many photos over the build and now its finally completed, very happy with the quality of the build and appearance of the development in general. Think Orbit have done an excellent job and added a few extras that weren't on the original plans, ie rooftop terrace with pool and restaurant (not yet open) and a fountain in the gardens. Space age showers in the bathrooms are also an interesting addition! Some pictures below
